1 Introduction & Definitions

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Users must complete identity verification before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will always be made to the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be made under any circumstances. fgf66 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if there is suspicion of unusual activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• fgf66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• fgf66 reserves the right to make the final decision on any bonus matter.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is incomplete due to a server error or network problem, fgf66 reserves the right to refund or void the bet for that round. Incorrect amounts or results displayed due to technical errors will not be considered final.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

fgf66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Discrepancies found during financial verification.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 User Rights

A user may request account closure at any time. The process will be completed upon contacting the support team. The opportunity to withdraw all legitimate funds will be given before the account is closed; however, any bonus will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.
